Context
OH, BOY! is a Rio-based women’s fashion brand with over 20 years in the market. Known for its youthful, urban, and contemporary style, the brand continuously evolves its digital presence to keep pace with changing consumer behavior.
Challenge
OH, BOY!’s digital operation faced technical limitations on its previous platform, directly impacting the user browsing experience.
Performance issues, instability, and loading failures compromised site usability and hindered the evolution of the e-commerce operation.
Additionally, the technology stack needed to be upgraded to support increasing traffic and the brand’s ongoing e-commerce growth.
Strategy
To address these challenges, N1.AG led the migration of OH, BOY!’s e-commerce to the VTEX IO architecture. This new structure enabled a modernized storefront with responsive, customized layouts—optimized primarily for mobile devices.
The transition also introduced greater technological flexibility, allowing for faster iteration in the shopping experience and improved platform stability.
As part of the project, new features were implemented to optimize the user journey, including quick-buy functionality directly from product listing pages.
