Context
Euro Relógios is a women’s accessories brand recognized for the quality and design of its products. Its collections incorporate trends and finishes that cater to a variety of styles.
As its e-commerce business grew, the company identified the need to evolve its digital operations to sustain a high-quality shopping experience.
Challenge
The previous VTEX CMS presented technical limitations that directly impacted the performance of the online store. Slow storefront load times compromised navigation and reduced the e-commerce’s conversion potential.
In addition, the site needed improvements in usability and overall experience. Navigation lacked fluidity, and the interface no longer fully reflected the brand’s positioning—making a redesign and modernization necessary.
Strategy
To address these challenges, N1.AG led the migration of the storefront to Deco.cx—a headless architecture that decouples the front-end from the platform’s back-end.
This new structure allowed the company to maintain its existing VTEX infrastructure while significantly improving speed and flexibility at the experience layer.
As part of the project, a new e-commerce template was developed with a modern, responsive design, based on best practices in usability and navigation.
Results
The new architecture delivered meaningful improvements to Euro Relógios’ digital operations.
Key Impacts:
- Significant improvement in website load speed
- More fluid navigation and optimized shopping experience
- Modern interface aligned with brand positioning
- Greater flexibility for future e-commerce enhancements
Conclusion
This project demonstrates how adopting a headless architecture can transform both performance and user experience in e-commerce.
With a more modern and flexible technology foundation, Euro Relógios now operates with greater digital efficiency and an enhanced ability to evolve its online store.
